Properties and characteristics
CM02 is an electrolytic process that virtually eliminates corrosion, resisting to temperatures up to 600° without losing its corrosion protection performance.
One of the characteristics that differentiates it from current treatments is its extreme flexibility, which is combined, in any case, with a surface hardness of 800 vickers.
It lowers friction between mechanical parts, thus increasing the life of the CM02-treated components.
Fully compatible with the RoHS and ELV regulations as this treatment is CHROMIUM-free.
Parts treated with CM02 can be painted directly with the desired finish, without having to use a primer.

It can be used in all sectors defined as critical:
marine engines, pistons, wheels, pumps, heat exchangers, building façades, valves, electrical modules, etc.
